【岗位职责】
负责品牌整体营销活动方案的全面设计及执行。
会员系统管理及会员营销策略的制订实施。
门店店风店貌检查和督促整改；优惠券、打折卡等的违规和发放上报公司办公会。
新加盟店的营销交流及开业后加盟店的营销指导，向各店提供个性化的营销方案。
负责连锁店的回访工作。
负责品牌促销品的开发工作。
节假日营销方案制订。
公司品牌宣传计划的制订和实施。
新产品的企划方案制订，并组织资源落地实施。
部门日常例行工作的检查和推进, 部门各项行政工作的开展。
公司对外媒体关系的维护，广告渠道及资源的整理。
对公司重大文件参与审议负责。

【任职要求】
1.大专以上学历，市场营销专业毕业，同类型工作3年及以上，有从业经历者优先。
2.年龄在28-40岁，男女不限。
3.练使用办公软件；熟悉网络媒体及各种社交软件；具有较强的写作能力；具有一定的拍摄能力、设计能力。
4.独立操作cdr、ps等软件，具有一定的平面设计功底。
5.重视团队建设。
6.具有一定的吃苦耐劳精神，有极强的执行力。
